Oui, notre Province peut devenir la plus Puissante du Pays :
Faites le bon choix
Cher Honorable ,
Le destin de notre province est aujourd’hui entre vos mains. Faites le bon choix.
Kisangani constituait dans ce pays le 3ème pôle de développement économique après Kinshasa et Lubumbashi. Cependant, la sévère dépression économique liée à l’insuffisance de la bonne gouvernance et aux guerres qu’avait connue le pays a beaucoup plus frappé notre province : province-martyre.
Le tissu économique de la Province s’est détérioré : industrie, transport, énergie, mines…
Le Gouvernement central et les Gouvernements provinciaux ont fourni certes beaucoup d’effort pour la reconstruction de la Province en réhabilitant par exemple la route Kisangani- Niania-Bunia. Mais ce n’est pas encore assez. Notre Province dispose des potentialités énormes pour en faire la Province la plus puissante du pays.
En effet :
ü Nous sommes la plus grande province du pays avec une superficie semblable à celle de l’Espagne. La province présente une très grande diversité climatique, de flore et de faune qui nous octroie d’importantes richesses : forêts (bois, crédit carbone), savanes (agriculture, élevage), fleuve, rivières et lacs (pêche, transport), tourisme, etc.
- Nous constituons la charnière, le pont entre l’Est et l’Ouest du pays.
- Nous disposons de très fortes potentialités énergétiques. Notre province pourra vendre le courant à l’extérieur.
- Nous disposons des ressources pétrolières et minières très importantes mais sous exploitées, voire pas encore exploitées pour le pétrole.
Toutes ces potentialités doivent être transformées en richesse effective.
